Lofi Radio Terms of Use

These terms apply to the Lofi Radio app by Peak Pocket Studios ("we"). By using the app you accept them. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your data.
1. The service
Lofi Radio streams music and lets listeners talk in a public chat. We may change, pause or end features, and we do not guarantee the stream is always available.
2. Your chat account
- You sign in with Google or Apple. You must be 14 or older to use the chat.
- You are responsible for what you write. Keep one account; accounts made to avoid a ban are removed.
- Usernames are unique and stay reserved for their owner. They must not impersonate anyone, including our staff.
3. Chat rules: zero tolerance for objectionable content
We do not tolerate objectionable content or abusive users. Do not post:
- insults, harassment, threats, hate speech or discrimination;
- sexual or violent content, or content that harms minors;
- spam, advertising or links (only staff may share links);
- other people's personal data, or anything illegal.
Messages are checked automatically before they are published. You can report messages and block users from the chat. Moderators review reports and can delete messages and warn, mute or permanently ban users, in proportion to the offence and repeat behaviour; serious offences lead to an immediate ban. We act on reports within 24 hours.
4. Premium
- Premium removes ads, unlocks the high-quality stream and adds a badge in the chat.
- Subscriptions are billed by the App Store or Google Play and renew automatically until you cancel them in your store account settings, at least 24 hours before the period ends.
- Refunds follow the store's policy. Earlier one-time premium purchases keep their benefits.
5. Content and intellectual property
The music belongs to its artists and rights holders and is streamed for personal listening only; do not record or redistribute it. The app, its name and its design belong to us. You keep the rights to your messages and let us show them in the chat while they exist.
6. Ending your use
You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We can suspend or remove accounts that break these terms.
7. Liability
The app is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage or for what other users write. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer.
8. Changes and law
We will tell you in the app about meaningful changes to these terms before they apply. These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection of your country of residence.
