Delete your Lofi Radio account

Lofi Radio by Peak Pocket Studios only creates an account when you join the chat. Listening to the radio needs no account.

From the app

Open Settings → Delete account and confirm. The deletion is immediate.

Without the app

Email contact@peakpocketstudios.com from the address of the Google or Apple account you signed in with, with the subject "Delete my Lofi Radio account". We confirm and delete it within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in account, username and username history, name color and profile.
• Your pending messages, reports, blocks and notices.
• Your username reservations, so the names become free again.

What is kept

• Moderation records about you (warnings, mutes, bans and the messages involved), for up to 12 months, to keep the chat safe and prevent a banned user from coming back.
• If you had a warning, mute or ban: a keyed hash of your Google or Apple account ID with the sanction, only while it applies, so that signing up again does not lift it.
• Purchase records held by the App Store, Google Play and RevenueCat, as the stores and tax law require.
• Anonymous app statistics, which are not linked to your account.

Chat messages are already deleted every night. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription: cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
